Where can I find the specs for the frames?

I made a mistake when I registered my bike, is there any way I can fix it?

Yes. You can change any of the vital information you have submitted by going to http://www.waterfordbikes.com/gunnar/data/registration/changereg.php and logging in with your serial number and the password you entered when you registered.

I lost my password to make changes to my registration, now what?

You can get a new password set by entering in the information at http://www.waterfordbikes.com/gunnar/data/registration/changepass.php. If all the information matches our records, you will be able to change the password. Please note that we have no way of finding your old password. They are stored using one-way encryption which keeps your password safely stored, but prohibits us from being able to recover lost passwords. For security reasons, an email will be automatically sent to the email of the account owner everytime a password has been changed.
